About the role
We are seeking skilled and motivated ICT Applications Engineers to join our team. In these roles, you will be part of a team responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, enhancement and governance of our applications platforms. These include enterprise applications (e.g. ServiceNow, Oracle Peoplesoft, Pega), non-enterprise/business specific applications and mobile applications.
Skills and experience
You will have one or more of the following:
- Experience in business application development, system integration, scripting and application life cycle management
- Experience with the design, development or configuration of the ServiceNow platform, including workflows and modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, SPM, IRM, PSDM)
- Ability to design and develop business applications to meet organisational requirements
- Experience with the design and development of mobile applications that integrate with enterprise systems, providing users with an intuitive and efficient interface to access core services
- Experience in configuring and/or enhancing existing enterprise applications to improve functionality and performance, and to maintain simplicity of design through configuration while minimising customisation
- Experience in the deployment of new application features and functionality to ensure these meet performance and security standards
- Experience working as part of a cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.

Eligibility
Australian citizens with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at "Negative Vetting Level 1".
