Job description

Join a major private sector organisation as a Building / Facilities Coordinator and play a critical role in the smooth running of all building operations and maintenance.



Offered on an initial 6 month contract, your role will be varied and encompass the following;

  • Manage all internal and external facing queries related to Client tenancy: repairs and maintenance and ensuring tenancy meets health, safety and security requirements that are kept up to date
  • Manage reception, directing calls as necessary
  • Maintain all office consumables, including personal protective equipment, corporate clothing and business cards
  • Provide general office administration services, including SAP administration, Security
  • Based on the lease data and approval workflows, accurately input lease information into relevant systems, manage lease files, and ensure data integrity. This also includes validating the entered data against the lease document and checking for discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular reviews of lease agreements based on Client provided policies and procedures.
  • Review and approve the results of the review to ensure alignment with the set lease terms
  • Review invoices for accuracy against the lease terms, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare the invoices for Client approval
  • Oversee tenant improvement projects to ensure they align with lease terms and client standards.
