About the role
We are seeking Platform Integration Engineers to join our team. In these roles, you will be part of a team using your skills in API gateways, connectivity, and integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft, Apigee or similar applications).
These roles will be part of larger project teams to develop solutions and deliver capability. These are new roles in a growing Branch, and you will be part of the teams instrumental in helping to build both human and technical capabilities to achieve the mission.
Skills and experience
You will have one or more of the following:
- Knowledge of contemporary Data integration patterns and technologies that connect applications, services and systems across Cloud and on-premises environments;
- The ability to design/implement/configure API gateways to control traffic, enforce security principles and enable routing between APIs;
- Experience in building reusable integration components and APIs to support system-to-system communication, data transformation, and business process orchestration;
- Experience in designing and implementing seamless data flow, API connectivity, and secure communication between disparate systems while optimising performance and scalability;
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
Eligibility
Australian citizens with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at "Negative Vetting Level 1".
