- Conduct impact analysis, assess readiness, and engage stakeholders to mitigate change risks.
- Coach and influence stakeholders to drive acceptance and navigate change complexities.
- Design strategies based on situational analysis, ensuring staff engagement and adoption.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and address resistance to ensure smooth change.
- Gain acceptance of change strategies from key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Collaborate with Communications to create and deliver change-related messaging.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports on change initiatives.
- Support learning and development for training programs to aid change adoption.
- Act as the liaison between leadership and delivery teams to align organisational needs.

- Assist in evolving change management methodologies, tools, and processes.
About You

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leaders.
- A hands-on, delivery-focused approach-you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get the work done.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in risk management, organisational behaviour, or maturity uplift, as this is not your typical straightforward change project.
