Our client is seeking a data and reporting analyst to join their team to provide accurate, consistent, and insightful data reporting. With ServiceNow as a tool, your expertise will deliver risk reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement governance protocols and procedures for data collection and reporting infrastructure.
- Oversee and support accurate and consistent data collection across teams.
- Create dashboards, visual presentations, and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable recommendations.
- Build strong relationships across teams and serve as a liaison between IT/technical teams and Risk & Control specialists.
- Monitor and maintain high standards for data quality and integrity
- Educate stakeholders on data tools, processes, and reporting methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in data management and reporting
- Experience in APRA regulatory or GRC related projects
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and Excel
- Skilled in creating dashboards, analysing data trends, and providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Strong ability to engage with diverse teams, bridge technical and business needs, and train stakeholders on data tools and processes.
- Experience in operational risk, enterprise risk, or superannuation environments is highly regarded.
- Experience with risk/compliance frameworks is a bonus.
