Our Client, an industry-leader in Energy Infrastructure is seeking a Workday Integration Lead to manage and support live integrations, ensuring stability and continuity in a high-impact enterprise environment. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimising payroll-related integrations, including CHRIS21, while also supporting other key systems such as banking, asset management (Maximo), Active Directory, and learning applications.
THE ROLE
- Lead the support and incident resolution of Workday integrations.
- Monitor and manage inbound integrations to ensure seamless operation.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday integrations.
- Focus on stabilising critical payroll integrations before future development initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including technical teams and senior management.
ESSENTIAL
- 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations.
- Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, PECI, web services, REST API, and RaaS reports.
- Experience with CHRIS21 payroll system is highly preferred, but candidates with parallel Workday integration experience will also be considered.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
