The positions are full-time and based at our Cairns and Townsville sites.
About the Role: We are looking for an experienced AV Support & Maintenance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, support, and maintenance of AV appliances, including projectors and conference room equipment, as well as providing technical support for user devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain AV appliances (projectors, conference room equipment, etc.).
- Provide technical support for user devices and troubleshoot AV-related issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades for AV systems and equipment.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of AV systems during meetings and events.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Preferably 6-8 years of experience in AV support and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with AV systems and appliances (projectors, conference room equipment).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for user devices and AV-related technology.
- Previous experience working in Australia is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
