Job description
We are currently seeking a Tech Business Analyst with experience in MS Dynamics 365 and Customer Engagement (CE) to support one of our federal government clients in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Support the implementation and optimization of MS Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in CE to enhance project outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with MS Dynamics 365 and CE.
- Strong experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
