Job description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team for a key initiative focused on modernizing payment workflows by transitioning projects. This role involves system enhancements, workflow optimization, and secure data management.
What You'll Do:
- Analyse and document current and future-state workflows, processes, and system interfaces
- Define and implement end-to-end workflows for payment modernisation
Collaborate with teams to design and enhance secure system interfaces
- Lead stakeholder workshops and document complex business and technical requirements
- Support testing, validation, and change management to ensure smooth implementation
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience 8 + years of experience in business process re-engineering & system interface projects
- Expertise in payment modernisation and IT system enhancements
- Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Familiarity with government or finance sector projects is a plus
