Job description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support ICT service management and operational support activities within a government environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing, documenting, and finalising operational support services for Microsoft 365 products, ensuring they align with business needs and service expectations.
Key Selection Criteria:
1. Demonstrated Experience Performing Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Proven experience in ICT service management, particularly in operational support for Microsoft 365.
Strong ability to assess service gaps, document requirements, and provide actionable recommendations.
2. Mandatory Requirements
Relevant experience in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or a related field.
Prior experience working in government or large enterprise environments on ICT service management or procurement activities.
3. Desirable Attributes
Understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Experience in procurement processes and contract management within a government setting.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, support models, and operational best practices.
