THE ROLE:
As the Business Analyst you will play a key role in defining and delivering an enhanced digital advice platform. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll drive solution design, process mapping, and regulatory compliance to integrate an advanced SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and Architects to refine solutions.
- Support integration efforts with IAM platforms such as ForgeRock.
- Conduct impact assessments, user story development, and process mapping.
- Ensure compliance with financial services regulations.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services (superannuation, banking, or insurance).
- Strong understanding of digital member experience and advice-related solutions.
- Experience working with SaaS-based digital solutions and solution design.
- Knowledge of IAM platforms, ForgeRock, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
