Our client, an Industry Leader in the Mining Sector, is currently seeking an exceptional Business Analyst with Technical and Document writing experience for an initial 6 month contract + Extension !
THE ROLE
As a Business Analyst/ Technical Writer, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business and technology. Your responsibilities will include:
- Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements
- Developing comprehensive technical documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Conducting process analysis and improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 - 3 years as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on technical writing and documentation
- Ad-hoc site travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in industry-standard documentation tools
- Understanding of software development methodology
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
