What You'll Do:

🌟 Process and Performance Improvement

  • Provide expert guidance on identifying and optimizing inefficient processes to enhance customer experiences and drive better business outcomes.
  • Lead bespoke continuous improvement projects tailored to business needs, ensuring measurable impact.

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to uncover opportunities for operational excellence and process improvement.
  • Facilitate and lead discussions with stakeholders to comprehend the scope of a process re-engineering or an application project, identify and resolve issues related to the businesses process / application needs
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships to drive alignment and successful project delivery.

👩‍🏫 Coaching and Mentorship

  • Coach and mentor stakeholders to embed performance management principles into daily operations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization.

🔍 Operational Optimization

  • Analyze business workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
  • Equip teams with the tools and knowledge to recognize and address process gaps proactively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in process and performance improvement, with expertise in methodologies like Six Sigma/ Prosci.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coaching capabilities.
