What You'll Do:
🌟 Process and Performance Improvement
- Provide expert guidance on identifying and optimizing inefficient processes to enhance customer experiences and drive better business outcomes.
- Lead bespoke continuous improvement projects tailored to business needs, ensuring measurable impact.
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to uncover opportunities for operational excellence and process improvement.
- Facilitate and lead discussions with stakeholders to comprehend the scope of a process re-engineering or an application project, identify and resolve issues related to the businesses process / application needs
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships to drive alignment and successful project delivery.
👩🏫 Coaching and Mentorship
- Coach and mentor stakeholders to embed performance management principles into daily operations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization.
🔍 Operational Optimization
- Analyze business workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Equip teams with the tools and knowledge to recognize and address process gaps proactively.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in process and performance improvement, with expertise in methodologies like Six Sigma/ Prosci.
- Strong stakeholder management and coaching capabilities.
