Your New Organisation:
Join an esteemed Private Organisation as their Change Communication Specialist, contributing to the Organisations internal Transition.
** This opportunity is based in ACT **
Your New Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Identify key external target audiences relevant to the Finance Transformation project.
- Implement an external communications strategy, incorporating tailored key messages and tactical approaches.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective communication artefacts and supporting materials.
- Create clear, engaging communication materials to support project objectives and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the Change Manager in assessing stakeholder readiness for change initiatives.
- Assist the Change Manager in facilitating change workshops with staff and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to internal teams in communicating effectively with suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Translate complex financial and project-related information into simple, accessible messages for diverse audiences.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Skills and Experience
- 5+ years' experience as Communications Specialist or Change Manager.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Change management certification or Communications certification desired.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Able to develop and deliver change communication and engagement plans.
- Ability to produce high quality stakeholder communications.
- Good business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
- Able to manage multiple deliverables and schedules simultaneously.
Desired Skills
Tertiary qualifications in communication, change management, psychology or related discipline.
