Our client, a well-established local government, is seeking a skilled Change Manager to join their growing team on a fixed-term permanent basis.
As a Change Manager, you'll play a vital role in the successful delivery of key projects spanning technology, legislation, and capability development. You'll also develop a robust change management framework and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships to maximise adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Apply best practices and tools across multiple projects.
- Facilitate training programs related to change management and project methodologies.
- Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies, encompassing communication, training, adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
- Guide senior leaders and project managers, ensuring effective change capacity and execution.
Requirements:
- Entitlement to work in Australia.
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 3 months)
- Relevant Change Management qualification or certification (e.g., PROSCI).
- Proven experience leading change management initiatives, leveraging established principles, methodologies, and tools across a portfolio of projects
- Demonstrated expertise in driving and implementing impactful change across technology, people, and processes, ensuring alignment with overarching organisational strategy, goals, and plans.
