Customer Success Specialist

We're seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong relationships, this role is for you.
At Paxus, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences for our contractors. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our contractors feel supported and valued throughout their partnership with us.
What you'll do:
- Contractor Onboarding: Efficiently set up new contractors on our systems, ensuring accuracy in payroll, timesheets, superannuation, and invoicing details. Prepare and manage contractor contracts, adhering to legal and compliance requirements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio of contractors, providing timely support and resolving queries. Proactively engage with contractors to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
- Administrative Excellence: Accurately manage contractor information, including extensions, work orders, and rate changes. Coordinate visa sponsorship processes where required.
- Compliance and Safety: Uphold compliance standards by ensuring adherence to relevant legislation. Promote workplace health and safety by managing the Paxus iSafe register.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless contractor journey.
What you'll bring:
- Prior experience in either Customer Service, Contractor Management or within an Administrator role.
- MUST have atleast general knowledge of MS Suite (Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
