Are you a Data Migration Specialist with strong end-to-end experience in complex data environments? We're seeking an experienced professional to support a large-scale ERP transformation project for a dynamic local government organisation.
In this role, you'll play a critical part in designing and executing high-quality data migration solutions. You will be responsible for the entire ETL lifecycle - from extraction and transformation to validation and reconciliation - while ensuring the highest standards in data accuracy, governance, and security.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in data migration projects, particularly within ERP environments.
Strong ETL expertise and proficiency in data profiling, validation, and cleansing techniques.
Solid understanding of data governance principles and frameworks, including those relevant to the local government sector.
Experience working with complex data systems, with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and problem-solve using data.
Familiarity with data security, privacy standards, and regulatory obligations.
