Join a tight-knit, high-performing project team responsible for supporting a large international brands hardware upgrades across 700+ restaurant sites - from EFTPOS terminals and servers to broader network uplift programs.
This isn't your average admin gig. It's a high-volume, high-responsibility role where your attention to detail, scheduling game, and calm energy will make you the go-to person who holds everything together.
💼 What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinating national rollout schedules for ICT hardware installations
- Managing a high-volume shared inbox, actioning requests and routing communications
- Maintaining deployment calendars, booking technicians, and supporting field delivery teams
- Reviewing scopes of work and technical docs - making sure info is accurate and deployment-ready
- Liaising with electricians, internal SMEs (some remote), and clients - including international team members
- Managing project admin: quotes, POs, updates to delivery trackers and shared databases
- Navigating fast-changing client requests and ensuring no detail slips through the cracks
🎯 What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years' experience in coordination-heavy roles - project support, service coordination, executive admin, or similar
- Strong skills in Outlook and Excel - you're confident working from a central inbox and keeping trackers up to date
- Experience managing calendars, deployments, or technician schedules is ideal
- Super organised and structured - the kind of person who builds a system when there isn't one
- Friendly, professional communicator - comfortable calling techs, chasing suppliers, or liaising with clients from regional backgrounds
- Calm under pressure - someone who stays grounded when the project plan changes
- Some basic knowledge of hardware terms (e.g., servers, RAM, EFTPOS) is a plus - but full training will be provided
- Reliable, collaborative, and ready to grow - we value consistency and character over perfection
