Are you passionate about shaping enterprise-wide technology transformation? We're seeking a Digital Solutions Strategist to lead the design and development of solution briefs and requirements that bridge business needs and modern technology capabilities.
In this role, you'll work at the heart of a high-impact transformation program-ensuring technology solutions are fit-for-purpose, future-ready, and embraced across the organisation through thoughtful change adoption practices.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather insights and translate business objectives into strategic digital solutions.
- Lead the development of clear and actionable solution briefs aligned with transformation goals.
- Ensure technology initiatives support enterprise-wide objectives, using market insights to guide future capabilities.
- Champion change adoption by aligning stakeholders, driving engagement, and enabling user readiness.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in digital solution design, business analysis, or enterprise transformation.
- Experience working with enterprise and customer-facing platforms (e.g. CRMs, workflow tools, customer portals).
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment between business and technology.
- Familiarity with change management principles and tools.
