Job description
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 APIs.
- Experience integrating systems using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and other related tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, web services, and data management practices.
Solution Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions, alongside core modules, using C#, JavaScript, .NET, and Power Platform tools.
System Customisation:
- Customise Dynamics 365 Field Service interfaces, forms, views, and dashboards to streamline scheduling, technician management, and service tracking.
Integration:
- Integrate Dynamics 365 Field Service with third-party systems
- Use Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, APIs and Dataverse to build scalable, automated workflows for service requests, invoicing, and asset monitoring.
