THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced ERP Data Lead to drive data governance, quality, and migration efforts for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. This is a key leadership role overseeing data strategy and ensuring the successful transition from legacy systems to SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic data management plans aligned with business needs.
Oversee planning and execution of data migration, including mock conversions and production cutovers.
Ensure governance processes are followed for data migration, quality, and archiving.
Lead data quality initiatives, tracking and improving key data integrity metrics.
Facilitate consistency and integration across multiple project streams.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on data-related activities.
Lead and mentor data teams, ensuring smooth execution of data-related deliverables.
Ensure compliance with government policies and internal data standards.
Skills & Experience Required:
Extensive experience in data governance, migration, and management.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Azure, Jira, and Power BI.
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing data teams and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with DAMA DMBOK frameworks and data best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
