Job description

Overview

Our client is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse technology stack and provide hands-on IT support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop support across Windows and Mac OS environments
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, including OneDrive, MS Teams, and SharePoint
  • Troubleshoot and manage Active Directory and network configurations using Cisco Meraki
  • Support cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS) and video conferencing systems
  • Assist with mobile device management (iPhone, iPad, Samsung)
  • Maintain and troubleshoot office printers and copiers

What We're Looking For:

  • 5 + relevant experience in desktop support within a regional or global organization
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization
  • A collaborative and consultative approach to IT support
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
