Job description

Are you an experienced Identity and Integration Technical Support Analyst looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical support and administration for identity and integration systems in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop technical relationships with stakeholders for the CIAM solution on Microsoft Azure platform, including Dynamics, B2C, .NET, DevOps, and middleware technologies.
  • Own level 2 (and contribute to level 3) support of the CIAM solution for users, ensuring quality, performance, security, and availability.
  • Provide expert technical support to various technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure documentation and drive continuous improvement for first-class customer service.
  • Role model customer-focused behaviour and collaborate with the team leader to meet performance standards.
  • Contribute to new client application integrations, deployments, infrastructure policies, and align with ICT architectural direction.
