Job description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a critical digital transformation project. This role involves business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement to improve court and tribunal systems.
Required:
- A seasoned Senior Business Analyst (5+ years) who has worked across software development and implementation projects, ideally in public sector.
- Comfortable in both strategic and hands-on roles-able to guide teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and jump into UAT/test planning or process mapping.
- Confident running collaborative workshops and delivering clear, practical documentation in Agile delivery settings.
- Preferably has familiarity with legal/court systems and is tech-savvy, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and DevOps pipelines.
