Platform Support Specialist
We are looking for a skilled Platform Support Specialist to join the team, supporting critical technology infrastructure. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting platform systems, building workstations, patching, and ensuring seamless network and communication operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support critical technology equipment and networks.
- Build, configure, and patch workstations.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve platform-related issues.
- Ensure minimal disruption to operations due to system maintenance.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to improve system reliability.
About You:
- Background in networks, platforms, and associated architecture (industrial experience is a plus).
- Experience with wired/wireless networks, Cisco/Cambium hardware, and data center management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workloads and deliver key outcomes effectively.
- Experience in deploying and maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure.
Roster & Location:
- 7/7 day/night shift roster.
- FIFO from Adelaide, DIDO, and residential options available.
