Your new Role: Program Manager and Administration Support Officer
Locations: Canberra and Coffs Harbour, NSW
Your New Role: The Support Officer, Incidents, will be responsible for compiling agency's safety data records, ensuring their accuracy and completeness, and assisting in analysis and reporting on this data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the triaging of all incident reports received by the agency, ensuring compliance with legislative and other requirements, including verifying the severity classification of incidents.
- Create and maintain accurate and complete incident database records.
- Categorize incidents using the Occurrence Framework to capture key details, helping to identify safety trends and issues.
- Extract and assist in analyzing agency's incident data, combining it with inspection and investigation data from various systems.
- Monitor and oversee responses to incidents and associated communications, ensuring they are accurately reflected in incident records.
- Provide timely briefs and information to Operations management.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc internal and external incident data reports as required.
- Assist in the development, review, and update of internal and external guidance materials.
- Uphold the agency's Code of Conduct and Values.
Technical skills
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated competency using Microsoft Office suite of applications, particularly Excel
- General understanding of records management systems.
