Job description

Position summary

The Project Administrator role is responsible for supporting IDS Delivery in their application of the IDS Release Delivery framework. The Project Administrator is intricately involved in day-to-day operations of IDS Delivery and utilises their prior experience to prioritise support accordingly. They provide input into discussion, documentation and key meetings to improve and contribute to overall project/program success.



Organisational relationships

The Project Administrator reports to the Manager, Systems and Support and will support IDS Delivery delivering on key strategic priorities, a single program of work, or across a the IDS portfolio. The role will also provide project support when need to IDS Project Managers.



Experience

  • Understanding of project practices and the ability to support the deployment of those practices while collaborating and adjusting to specific project situations
  • Experience with a range of project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Lean and Agile
  • Stakeholder engagement and management

Desired:

  • Experience within an industry superannuation fund and/or financial services industry
  • Significant experience coordinating activities across complex and uncertain projects
  • Active engagement in external project communities

Technical knowledge

  • Jira, Confluence, Miro
  • Superannuation or finance industry/markets (desirable)
  • Microsoft Excel for project financials
  • Microsoft Office suite of products
  • SharePoint for project sites

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a project support role
