Job description
Our client, a leading mining company, is seeking an experienced FIFO Project Coordinator to join their team for a 3.5-month contract.
You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient execution of two key projects; Implementation of a fuel management system, and Coordination of installing safety technology equipment on heavy and light vehicles.
You will be on-site weekly, Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vehicle owners, providing clear and timely communication.
- Manage and maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on installation data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with the project planner to optimise vehicle scheduling for technology installations.
