Our client, a large government department, is seeking a mid-level Project Manager with a proven track record in the digital realm, particularly within the government domain? We are on the lookout for a skilled professional to join the team and use the PegaSystem platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Government Sector Expertise: Utilize your in-depth understanding of government processes to lead projects with precision and compliance.
- Previous experience providing system and business support to a customer support centre.
- PegaSystem Proficiency: Leverage your expertise in the PegaSystem platform to ign, implement, and optimize digital solutions for governmental workflows.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with government stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project goals with broader organizational objectives.
- Compliance and Security: Navigate the complexities of the government domain, ensuring projects adhere to regulatory standards and cybersecurity requirements.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and guide project teams to deliver on time and within scope, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Any particuar experience with Drupal would be amazing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a background in digital projects within the government sector.
- Expertise in using PegaSystem
- Strong understanding of government regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
