Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project MOE Cloud Specialist to support a large-scale cloud transformation initiative. This role is ideal for an experienced cloud professional with expertise in project-based cloud migrations, security, and operational excellence.
Required skills and experience:
- Work in partnership with your team leader to agreed performance standards and mutual expectations.
- Apply advanced ICT technical skills to manage, maintain, support and deploy end user computing technologies and platforms including desktops and mobile devices.
- Provide specialist ICT trouble shooting and incident management for ICT systems and applications, utilising the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and adhering to relevant policies, strategies, standards, protocols and procedures.
- Implement, manage, maintain and support desktop deployment technologies within System Centre Configuration Management (SCCM)
- Review and provide advice on current Microsoft technologies of Azure, Endpoint Manager and Office 365.
- Design and document the strategy for modern management endpoint capability and solution.
- Design and document the enablement of Microsoft Autopilot within Azure platform.
- Design and document policy requirements to manage endpoints via Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Design and document the enablement of Microsoft Desktop Analytics within Azure platform
