- Hourly rate up to $34.50 depending on provided experience
- Located in Parramatta CBD
Our client is looking for a Call Centre Operator to join their team. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing exceptional phone support and guidance on all things SAP Finance and Payroll to employees and external stakeholders.
What you'll do:
- Provide phone support and resolving inquiries related to payroll and finance
- Self-service by promoting and supporting clients in utilising online tools
- Ensure a smooth customer experience by following established procedures, logging incidents, and utilising ServiceNow
- Utilise your knowledge and research skills to find solutions, or escalate when necessary
You're a perfect fit if you have:
- Prior transactional or support role experience within HR/Payroll or Finance (SAP preferred)
- Strong phone support experience and providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- The ability to build strong relationships with people both inside and outside the organisation
- A knack for working independently and managing your workload, while also collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Experience using incident management tools, ServiceNow is beneficial
