Are you a passionate Agile leader looking to make an impact? We're on the hunt for a Scrum Master to guide, coach, and drive delivery across multiple agile teams.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, ensuring successful value delivery.
- Coach teams and leaders on Agile best practices to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Align teams with business objectives, manage risks, and remove roadblocks.
- Create dashboards to track objectives and improve decision-making.
- Promote innovation, quality, and efficiency across the delivery process.
What You'll Need:
- Certification: Scrum Master, SAFe (LPM, RTE, or Practitioner).
- 5+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience as an RTE or Senior Scrum Master.
- Deep knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
