As a Sector Support Manager at Paxus, you will play a pivotal role in support the Sector Head for Federal Government which will be a dual role. Responsibilities will include connecting top-tier talent with leading organisations. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building and maintaining relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates, administration duties as directed by the Sector Head.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a well-established team that provides a collaborative environment, the ability to develop strong industry knowledge, and make a significant impact on the success of both clients and candidates.
About you
We are ideally seeking someone that:
- Has an IT degree / certification or intimate knowledge of IT
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Is highly motivated with a desire to achieve and succeed in the role
- Is results-driven with determination and enthusiasm
- Demonstrates a high level of initiative
- Shows a desire to learn and grow in the role and a want to succeed
Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential, however working in a commercial or customer facing role would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough candidate searches through various channels to identify top talent
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
- Managing the end to end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to candidate placement
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
