- Adelaide based - hybrid (onsite 4 days a week)

- Level 3 Desktop Support
As the Senior Desktop Support Engineer you will:
- Support for Windows, Apple, Linux and virtual desktop platforms including servers and virtual desktop environments.
- Provide a high level of technical support necessary to ensure that a high standard of customer service is delivered and that all relevant service level agreements and timeframes are met within end user support services.
- Deliver MECM application and device packaging services.
- Represent End User Computing as a senior capability and escalation point with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify trends and use problem solving techniques to reduce the volume and impact of issues arising and advise other staff as appropriate.
- Meet with partners and vendors to identify their technology requirements where appropriate, and manage the delivery of solutions, whilst managing expectations.
- Experience with Microsoft InTune or JAMF platforms.
- Experience managing end user devices in large enterprise environment.
Must have proven/demonstrated experience providing Level 3 Desktop Support in a large corporate environment
Must be able to demonstrate experience in EUC, including Windows, Apple, Linux, Citrix and Printing.
