As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in advancing the strategic goals through the development and enhancement of digital solutions. With your expertise in software development, you will lead the implementation of innovative solutions while providing technical guidance to junior staff members. Knowledge and Experience required :
- Extensive experience with PeopleSoft development and support.
- Proven experience analysing existing application processes and designing and implementing improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer scenarios and requirements, to develop and deliver effective business solutions.
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving, working well under pressure and meeting work deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
Qualifications :
- A candidate must possess postgraduate qualifications or be progressing towards them, along with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
