Job Description:
As a DevOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in connecting development, testing, and operations teams. Your main goal will be to optimize software delivery, boost deployment speed, and enhance system reliability. You'll work closely with the Product Owner, domain architect, developers, and other key stakeholders to automate workflows, establish continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and manage infrastructure effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage automation for application deployment and configuration tasks.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, adhering to best practices.
- Write scripts to support and maintain pipeline functions.
- Work closely with multiple teams to ensure seamless pipeline development and integration.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Azure Pipelines (both Classic and YAML).
- In-depth knowledge of security principles and best practices in DevOps.
- Proven expertise in implementing effective GitHub branching strategies.
- Skilled in scripting languages, including Python and Bash.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like GitHub, SonarQube, JFrog, Azure DevOps, and Ansible.
- Familiarity with establishing build and release pipelines for Informatica is an advantage.
- Solid grasp of software development methodologies (such as Agile and Scrum) and how they integrate with DevOps practices is nice to have.
- Understanding of the ServiceNow DevOps module is nice to have.
