We're Hiring: Senior Project Controller
We are looking for a Senior Project Controller to join our team and take ownership of cost and schedule control across a portfolio of projects. If you have expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), project planning, and financial controls, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and control account structures.
- Establish and manage cost and schedule baselines, incorporating approved changes.
- Oversee monthly reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting.
- Provide guidance on EVM frameworks and best practices. Support process improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years' experience in project controls, financial management, and scheduling.
- Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and reporting.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and project governance.
- Good understanding of RMF (Risk Management Framework) and tools such as CASG (Defence Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group Tools) PRIMAVERA
- NV1 or baseline clearance is mandatory
