We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large scale digital programs for one of Australia's highly reputable financial institutions. This is a high profile program with large-scaled complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and timelines while managing risks and mitigating potential issues.
- Engage with key stakeholders across business units, IT, and compliance to ensure project objectives are met.
- Work closely with technology teams to implement scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Ensure project governance, documentation, and reporting are maintained to the highest standards.
- Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
To be successful, much of the following must be highlighted in your CV:
- 10+ years of project management experience, with a focus on digital projects within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and executive reporting.
- Experience with customer data related projects
