Are you passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to transform the educational experience? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to play a pivotal role in revolutionising our clients digital infrastructure.
Note: Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing solutions utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Voice modules, along with associated technologies such as Microsoft Power Apps (Portals), Power Pages, Power Flow, and Power Automate.
- Utilising extensive technical experience in Model-driven Application development, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps to create robust and scalable solutions.
- Configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 plug-ins, including but not limited to Document Core Pack and Permissions Replicator.
- Leveraging strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud-based services to seamlessly integrate Dynamics 365 with services such as directory service, service bus, web services, and DevOps pipelines.
- Collaborating with business analysts and product owners to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, participate in Scrum Events, and create/update technical design documents.
- Utilising functional experience of Microsoft Dynamics capabilities to provide added value to the organisation.
- Upholding organisational values of integrity, respect, excellence, and ensuring compliance with associated behaviour expectations.
Experience:
- Extensive technical experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Proficiency in Model-driven Application development, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 plug-ins and Azure cloud-based services.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and Web APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics capabilities (preferred).
- Commitment to upholding organisational values and compliance standards.
Location: Adelaide CBD, hybrid working. Candidates should be based in South Australia or being willing to relocation for this role.
