We're looking for a driven Account Manager to join a high-performing team in Brisbane CBD, working alongside an energetic, supportive group of recruitment professionals. This role blends relationship management, business development, and end-to-end recruitment delivery-perfect for someone who's passionate about people, solutions, and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and prospective clients
  • Deliver contract and permanent staffing solutions across the tech and digital sectors
  • Collaborate with clients on selection criteria and recruitment planning
  • Manage full recruitment life cycle including on boarding and contractor care
  • Proactively seek new business and cross-sell opportunities
  • Engage with the market through networking, events and social media
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and database accuracy

  • Proven experience in recruitment, account management or tech sales
