Our client, a global consultancy, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their growing team.
This is a great role for someone who possess a strong technical background in ServiceNow to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into detailed user stories to capture demand.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and objectives.
- Work with the technical teams to ensure effective implementation of ServiceNow modules and solutions.
- Leverage the ServiceNow platform and cloud technologies to drive value and innovation.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
- Experience in requirement gathering and converting them into actionable user stories.
- Previous experience with cloud platforms and their integration with ServiceNow.
