Job description

Are you a Technical Product Manager with a knack for integration and a background in finance systems? This exciting role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in streamlining operations for a global organisation. They are on the lookout for someone to oversee the integration between key mid-office platforms and finance applications, driving innovation and ensuring efficiency across the business on a global scale.

Your Role:

  • Lead the technical integration of internal systems with the organisation's finance applications, ensuring smooth data flow and efficient processes.
  • Take ownership of the technical road map for the Back Office Finance platform, ensuring it evolves to meet the needs of the business.
  • Work closely with various internal teams (finance, IT, and product) as well as external partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure the platform's ongoing success.
  • Focus on improving platform efficiency, reducing costs, and streamlining processes to optimise business operations.
  • Champion the product internally, helping stakeholders understand the platform's vision and keeping teams aligned on its direction.
  • Oversee the entire product life cycle, ensuring the platform is scalable, adaptable, and continuously meets the business's evolving needs.
  • Provide training and support for internal users to ensure the platform is used to its full potential.

About You:

  • At least 4 years' experience in technical product management, especially in platform integration and finance systems.
  • Strong technical background with experience in managing complex integration projects, particularly with mid-office or back-office systems.
  • Expertise in working with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), APIs, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience managing relationships with both internal teams and third-party vendors, ensuring smooth product delivery and support.
  • A solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage priorities and deliver successful product outcomes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, financial applications & SaaS platforms.
