Job Opportunity: Senior Developer/Architect (Appian BPM)
We are seeking a Senior Appian Developer / Specialist with deep expertise in Appian BPM to take a lead role in designing and architecting Appian-based solutions. This position combines technical leadership with hands-on development and offers an opportunity to grow into an architectural role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Appian-based solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience with the Appian BPM platform, including reusable object development.
- Proficiency in MySQL or similar relational databases.
- Solid understanding of Agile development, working with tools like JIRA and Kanban boards.
- Proven ability to work with Business Analysts and key stakeholders.
- Appian certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of OOP languages like .Net, C#, or Java is an advantage.
