About the Role
As an SAP Payroll Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and supporting SAP payroll functionalities. This position requires a professional who can provide expert guidance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.
Required skills:
- Experience working in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments in SAP functional consulting and or SAP solution support.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in SAP HCM sub modules Payroll, Time management, personnel administration, organisational management and having a detailed knowledge of employee life cycle, issue resolution, testing as well as payroll processes.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills - understanding how others think and act - ability to smoothly deliver outcomes through strong business, team, supplier partnerships and self-management of work load and deadlines.
- Experience working with Employee Central Payroll or S/4 Payroll solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in working with SAP Activate Methodology.
