Job description

Our client is after a program manager to oversee the delivery of a high-impact regulatory compliance program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving continuous improvement in customer communication processes. You will oversee all aspects of program execution, from strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to risk management and delivery tracking, ensuring successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage delivery teams, ensuring optimal performance and maintaining cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide regular program updates to C-level executives, driving informed decision-making and fostering stakeholder trust.
  • Oversee all aspects of program delivery, from setup to tracking progress, evaluating success, and managing risks.
  • Collaborate across the organisation to establish mitigation plans, develop business cases, and align outcomes with broader strategic goals.
  • Partner with Risk & Compliance teams to meet and exceed regulatory standards.
  • Lead planning sessions, roadmap creation, and the governance of change control processes.
  • Monitor delivery processes, support testing initiatives, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years in program management with a track record of delivering regulatory and compliance-focused initiatives.
  • Experience working with regulators, enforceable undertakings, and compliance programs.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale programs in an Agile environment, including creating charters, plans, and reports.
  • Demonstrated skill in building influential relationships at all levels of an organisation and navigating complex workstreams.
  • Exceptional ability to simplify complex topics for senior stakeholders, with strong report-writing and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in process analysis, improvement, and embedding change within teams.
  • Familiarity with banking transactions, customer data management, and communications processes.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and industry-recognised project methodologies.
  • Expertise in risk assessment, data analysis, and portfolio management.
