Job description
As the PeopleSoft Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimising our clients PeopleSoft ecosystem across various domains including HCM, Finance, Campus Solutions, and Enterprise Learning Management. You will be responsible for providing functional support, system configuration, data analysis, testing, and validation to ensure the seamless operation of our PeopleSoft applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for PeopleSoft modules including HCM, Finance, Campus Solutions, and Enterprise Learning Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct system configuration and customisation to meet organisational needs.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of PeopleSoft applications.
- Provide end-user training and support to maximise system utilisation and efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (desirable).
- Proven experience working with PeopleSoft HCM, Finance, Campus Solutions, and Enterprise Learning Management modules.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, configuration, and customisation.
- Demonstrated ability to provide functional support including process and data management.
- Experience with system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Location: Adelaide CBD, hybrid working. Candidates should be based in South Australia or being willing to relocate for this role.
