Job description
As a Senior Test Analyst, you'll play a key role in testing critical systems and applications to ensure they meet business needs. Working within an agile team, you'll plan, execute, and oversee testing activities while driving improvements and supporting project success.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing and executing test cases for both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identifying and managing risks, issues, and defects throughout the testing process.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Contributing to test strategies, plans, and reporting to track progress and outcomes.
- Supporting and enhancing testing processes with both manual and automated tools.
About You:
- Extensive experience as a Test Analyst, with a proven track record in planning and executing comprehensive testing cycles.
- Proficient in both manual and automated testing methods and tools.
- Familiarity with Cloud Technologies, Continuous Integration (CI/BDD), Test Automation, and Non-Functional Testing.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and service management best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment and adapting to evolving requirements.
- Experience within the life insurance industry and familiarity with FINEOS Claims Management (highly advantageous).
