Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage UKG Workforce Management tools, including UKG PRO, to enhance scheduling and forecasting efficiency.
- Apply expertise in Advanced Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Analytics & Reporting to optimize workforce operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective forecasting strategies and scheduling solutions tailored to dynamic business needs.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in forecasting and scheduling.
- Proficiency in UKG WFM (Workforce Management) solutions, particularly UKG PRO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on workforce optimization.
