Job description
You will be working for one of the largest Government agencies in NSW. The client is looking for an IT AV Support Specialist to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless operation and maintenance of audiovisual equipment and systems.
Essential Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hubs, and AV equipment (speakers, microphones, screens, projectors).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience with AV vendors and technical team collaboration.
- Ability to provide remote and onsite AV support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve support tickets efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to address client and end-user issues promptly.
- Ability to conduct AV system training sessions at various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide both remote and onsite support for a variety of audiovisual equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hubs, speakers, microphones, screens, and projectors.
- Manage and resolve audiovisual support tickets efficiently to maintain system functionality.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth operation of audiovisual systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing and resolving end-user and client issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols when handling and maintaining audiovisual equipment.
- Conduct training sessions on audiovisual systems at various locations as needed.
- Review project documentation to ensure smooth handover to the support team.
