Are you a skilled Business Analyst ready to take on an exciting transformation project? Our client is embarking on a critical ERP migration. This is an exciting opportunity to lead meaningful change, optimise business processes, and make a lasting impact on a high-profile initiative.
What You'll Do
- Analyse and map business processes:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document current workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Develop process maps to support the ERP transition.
- Lead ERP transformation:
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, and testing activities.
- Optimise financial processes:
- Provide expertise in cash accounting, general ledger management, e-invoicing, GL reconciliation, and multi-currency handling.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
- Engage stakeholders:
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes effectively.
- Document and report:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Deliver reports on project progress and milestones.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in business analysis for ERP transformation projects. Specifically from a finance perspective
- Expertise in ERP systems, particularly in TechnologyOne. (Sage experience is also desirable)
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and terminology
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, independent mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
